They don’t seem to be in NTS table where I expect them

they are in NTS table.. BUT

Instead of the NTS.bhd_id being a real bhd_id from the bhd table, it will use an OPT_ID from the OPT table.

Seems totally bizarre to me.. let’s hope opt_id and bhd_id are always unique or this would never work!
